Tasting profile:
Delicate and multi-layered.
The aroma is dominated by forest juniper and the herbal notes of angelica root, wrapped in the floral softness of orris and meadowsweet.
Pink pepper and green cardamom bring lightness and freshness, while coconut and tonka bean add creamy depth.
On the palate – harmonious, subtle, with a distinctly dry and elegant finish.

A year ago, we opened the doors of Ginnery Gin Bar with a vision to create a place that would change the way gin is experienced. Today, we celebrate a space that people return to for exceptional taste, emotion, and an atmosphere that cannot be replicated.
