Ginnery Gin Bar is Warsaw's only distillery bar — a place where six handcrafted British gins, each made using traditional UK methods and recognised with international awards, form the foundation of everything on the menu.

Choose from our five house-distilled gins — from the classic London Dry and floral Botanical Gin to the indulgent Quince and low-ABV Sloe Gin Liqueur — then build your perfect drink from an extensive selection of premium tonics and fresh garnishes. Our bartenders are here to guide you through every combination.

But gin and tonics are just the beginning. Our menu features over 50 classic and signature cocktails, crafted around our own spirits — from a benchmark Negroni to house originals you won't find anywhere else. And four times a year, the menu transforms entirely: pumpkin spice cocktails in autumn, gingerbread gin creations in winter, fresh seasonal fruit pours in spring and summer. No other bar in Warsaw, Poland, or Eastern Europe offers this — with its own gin.
