Over 90 minutes, you'll work through five handcrafted British gins — London Dry, Botanical, Quince, Sloe, Cherry and Chocolate — guided by our master distillers who know every botanical by name. Each one arrives as a full drink, not a sample. By the end of the evening, you'll understand exactly why each gin tastes the way it does, and how to build your perfect G&T from scratch.
What Happens During Your Tasting
Your session begins with a short introduction to British gin — the botanicals, the distillation process, and the story behind each expression in our range. Then the tasting begins. Your master distiller guide walks you through each gin in turn: the clean, juniper-forward character of our London Dry; the rich sweetness of Quince; the bittersweet depth of Sloe; the layered florals of Botanical; the warm indulgence of Cherry; and the complex, unexpected pleasure of Chocolate gin. After the tasting, you build your own perfect G&T — choosing your tonic, your garnish, and your pour.
