At Ginnery — Warsaw's only boutique gin distillery bar on Nowogrodzka Street — every Friday we open the bar to a small group and teach them to make drinks properly.
Not a demonstration. Not a tour.
You step behind the bar, work with the bottles, and leave understanding cocktails in a way most people who drink them never will.

Cocktail 1 — The Foundation
A perfectly built Gin & Tonic.
Neat tasting first, then tonic, then garnish — and a clear understanding of why each decision changes the drink.

Very few have understood one.
Cocktail 2 — The Development
The same structure, a different gin, a completely different result.
A clean London Dry against a layered Botanical — you will feel how one ingredient decision changes the entire character of a drink.
Cocktail 3 — The Signature
A more complex Ginnery creation built from the ground up.
Layering, balance, dilution, presentation.
Your bartender constructs it with you — and by this point in the evening, you are no longer a guest at the bar.
